Billing terms

Operations, maintenance & AI usage

This page does not replace the commercial proposal or signed agreement; it explains Orolithia’s intended billing logic.

1. Setup / project fee

Design, development, integration, initial configuration and launch work are quoted as a one-time or milestone-based project fee.

2. Recurring operation

Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, support, automation operations and, where applicable, managed AI workflows may be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing represents a 12-month service term; any pricing benefit is shown explicitly in the commercial proposal.

3. AI usage allowance

AI-enabled services may include a defined monthly or annual usage allowance (for example tokens, credits, model calls, generated media or another measurable unit). The included allowance and any overage method are stated in the commercial proposal or order. Usage beyond the included allowance, a material change in model/provider pricing, or unusually compute-intensive use may result in additional usage charges or a plan adjustment. Orolithia will not intentionally increase a recurring fee without the commercial notice or approval required by the applicable agreement.

4. Third-party costs

AI models, messaging, email, payment, hosting, media generation or other third-party services may be included in the plan or passed through separately. The applicable method is stated in the proposal or order.

5. Usage growth and plan adjustments

If included allowances are consistently exceeded, infrastructure requirements materially change, or third-party costs change substantially, Orolithia may propose a revised plan/fee. Changes remain subject to the notice and approval terms in the applicable commercial agreement.

6. Payment methods

Bank transfer may be used for corporate projects, while secure card payment may be offered for eligible standard packages and recurring services. Card data is not stored by Orolithia and is processed by the payment provider’s secure infrastructure.
